Feta with Lemon Oil, Honey an Pine Nuts

Serves: 1 – 2

INGREDIENTS:

1 tub (200g) soft Danish feta
3 Tbsp (45ml) honey
2-3 Tbsp (30-45ml) Westfalia Lemon Flavoured Avocado Oil
50g pine nuts, lightly toasted
1 Tbsp (15ml) chopped rosemary
Milled pepper
Ciabatta bread

Method:

  1. Roughly mash feta in a shallow dish.
  2. Drizzle with honey and oil.
  3. Scatter over nuts and rosemary.
  4. Season with milled pepper and serve immediately with bread.
